Always athletic Lee began her Yoga journey in 2008, she fell in love with the Bikram yoga sequence in 2009. Instantly realized the many amazing benefits of this practice. In 2012 she had a car accident which changed her physical training program. No longer able to regularly work out at the gym she delved deeper into her bikram practice. She then received the firsthand healing benefits unlike any medical prescription thus far. Lee Cardona certified as a 200ryt instructor Jan.2012, a Bikram instructor Spring 2013 & is now an e-500ryt instructor. Lee also attained her Yin yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra meditation, Prenatal & Kid’s yoga certifications. She describes this journey as always blessed & learning. Lee Cardona is humbled & grateful for the opportunity to share this yoga self-loving experience with as many others as possible that look to enrich their lives and personal well-being.

Currently Lee is Teaching students of all ages from 3-83 in various studios, on-line, non-profit & community organizations, city hospitals & teaches private sessions in NYC and Westchester County. She has had the pleasure of leading workshops in the various places for students and individuals who are following their inner teacher calling becoming Yoga 200hr Teachers & more.
